Great location and nice staff, but our room had noisy AC and hard pillows.

I was absolutely horrified by the cleanliness of my room. Upon arrival, I found vomit in the toilet—disgusting! And don't even get me started on the noise. I could hear everything from the neighbors and the hallway. For the price I paid, I expected luxury, but instead, I felt like I was in a budget motel. The pillows were rock hard and didn't provide any comfort.
